Collier Pennington
Founder and CEO

I am a Texas native, with the past three decades spent in the Permian Basin. I graduated from Texas Tech University where I also met and married my bride (Jill). We moved to Midland in 1998, where we raised our now two adult children.

After working in compressor sales for several years, I decided to venture out on my own and purchased my first fabrication business in the early 2000s. I expanded my business to include a retail firearms store and in 2017 moved exclusively into that industry. Throughout my career in both the oilfield service and retail industries, I experienced the crunch that so many business owners face. I learned two values that were key to success – responsibility and respect. This applies to every segment of business, from vendor and customer relationships to management of employees.

So, why factoring? During my time working in the Permian Basin, I became intrigued by the idea of helping businesses grow without taking on more debt. I recognize the importance of improving cash flow and helping you stabilize your revenue stream. Finally, I know West Texas and understand how the factoring business can benefit both the large and small companies in our community who seek solutions for payment delays.
